The Time is NOW to entrepreneur !
Many folks are literally scrambling for ways to make due. It's all over the news, we all know it's going on. One issue after the next about the American economy, Global economy, Banking issues, Stimulus package, Government assistance, Home Foreclosure rates, Unemployment rate and on and on and on.
The internet and most every other viable avenue for income is being pursued by Americans in an effort to survive. According to our Government, things are going to get worst before they can or will get any better. 'Looks like our recession is running head first into a depression!
Starting a business, pursuing those business ideas, taking the plunge, venturing out - whatever you want to call it, seems more and more like potentially viable avenues as the serious state of the economy hits closer to home.
NO BOSS Workshops has been saying for years, since the mid-90's actually, that self-employment is the only true job security. For those of you old enough to recall, when the economy rebounded from the Reagan era, those fortunate during those times had developed lucrative home-based businesses and emerged from the ashes victorious. Many of those businesses were started during the entrepreneurial surge in the mid-80's. We like to refer to this period as the time when people were pulling themselves up by their boot straps.
This time, through this recession, things are much different and more severe. Resources a far more limited: bank loans, credit card advances, second mortgages - these seem out of reach. This time most Americans don't have boots!
It's fairly simple - work with what you have now. We're talking about surviving from the ground up!
